Our Service is not to just manufacture and supply you with a door - it is a complete package consisting of:

Free Survey

We will visit your site and discuss the best options for you and the tenants. We take account of issues such as DDA requirements for disabled access, door positions and handing, door entry panels, whether to manufacture from stainless steel, aluminium or timber, type of glazing and the style of the door best suited for the situation and building aesthetics.

Free Quotation

We provide a free quotation valid for 60 days which shows the options quoted for and detailed drawings of the doors and screens. Any changes or issues can be ironed out before proceeding with the order

Design

We will work with architects,contractors and end users to ensure that the design of the doors meets everybody's requirements from a security point of view as well as aesthetics.

Order Acceptance

Once an order has been placed we offer you dates for install which can be from 2 to 6 weeks depending on order size and workload.

Installation

We can usually fit a front and rear door within a day. We can work with contractors and tenants to ensure that the installation runs as smoothly and safely as possible. All electronic components on the doors are pre-wired in the factory thereby saving time for the door entry contractor.

Customer/Tenant Survey

After installation we ask for a customer completion form to be signed off. Any problems which may be outstanding are sorted out promptly. We often take the opportunity while on site to leave tenants with a satisfaction survey which allows us to receive feedback regarding the newly installed doors.
